Lower your cholesterol with cinnamon

Dr. Steve with a health tip…if you want to lower your cholesterol, try adding a dash of cinnamon.  Studies show cinnamon may help lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels modestly in some people.  It may even help regulate blood sugar in Type II diabetics.
