Did you work out this morning? If the answer is no, you are not alone. A new study suggests that only 5% of Americans are getting some type of daily exercise. Researchers profiled over 80,000 people and found over 95% of them spend their day eating and drinking. Another 80% park themselves in front of the television. 25% do some kind of moderate activity, which includes food and drink preparation. 10% said they take care of their lawn and houseplants. Only 5% engage in vigorous physical exercise with a mere 2% doing some kind of cardiovascular work out.
